SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS OR GROUPS
Some travelers prefer not to have much structure on their vacation. At Mayab, guests are welcome to design their own vacation experience with us. Services, excursions, and other activities may be booked separately either prior to arrival or on site.
If you are traveling with a group of friends or family, we can arrange to rent the entire space at Mayab, and assist you with all meals, accommodations, services and planning for your group.
We invite interested guests to contact us to discuss planning for your vacation experience. We are a very small retreat center and we strive to make our guests feel welcomed and offer you personal attention.
Following is a partial list of a la carte services we are able to provide or will happily arrange for you:
- Boat tour through Sian Ka’an Biosphere
- Snorkeling trip to Akumal Tour of Tulum Ruins
- Tour of Tulum Ruins with Snorkel/Boat Trip to Reef
- Tour of Coba/Cenote trip
- Kayaking in Sian Ka’an lagoons
In addition to these planned outings, the staff at Mayab will be happy to help you arrange other experiences, such as massage, temazcal, yoga classes, or other sightseeing trips around the area. There are more things to see and do than there is time. And remember, a lazy day on the beach is often the most rewarding way to spend your time here, so don’t overbook!
HOST YOUR OWN RETREAT
Are you a yoga instructor, massage therapist, life coach, or practitioner of healing arts? If you are planning an educational workshop or wellness retreat in the coming months, we invite you to join us in our space. Mayab Center is currently designing and booking retreats for the 2010 summer and fall season.
Mayab Center is a perfect location for any small group retreat. The eco friendly design of the Center, unique sleeping yurts, classroom and communal areas, and the pristine private beach are a great backdrop for any kind of retreat.
